About Cafe Momentum: Cafe Momentum is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) restaurant and professional training facility. Since January 2015, Cafe Momentum has worked with over 1,200 youth through a paid internship program, designed to provide 12-months of curriculum for justice-involved youth, ages 15-19. Interns rotate through all aspects of the restaurant, focusing on life and social skills, coaching and development.
