  • Registration for program prior to May 7, 2023
  • The Council offers free attendance to members of government. This access is intended for state and federal employees, officials, and regulators, including IRS and Treasury staff, and related agencies. You must login with your email/password identifying you as a governmental employee; if you do not have access, please email the Council Administrator for access.
  • This registration type is for members of the press who will attend the program at the D.C. Bar where we will be serving lunch to all attendees.
  • Registration for this program after June 2, 2023
  • The EO Council offers free attendance to members of the press. You must login with your email/password to register as a member of the press; if you do not have access, please email the Council Administrator for access.
  • Registration for the program from May 8 - June 2, 2023
  • The Special Guest Registration requires a special "code" to register with this option.

Format: The live program will be held at the D.C. Bar Association. The webinar will be available for dial-in for individuals. A webinar link will be sent 1-2 days prior to the program.

Special Notice for In-Person Attendance:  UPDATED POLICY Visitors to the D.C. Bar headquarters are strongly encouraged to stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines, including recommended booster doses. All visitors, regardless of vaccination status, are strongly encouraged to wear masks while in the building. Proof of vaccination and masks are not required.

Please do not come to the D.C. Bar building if you were in close contact with someone with COVID-19 during the 10-day period immediately preceding your visit or if you have any of the following symptoms: fever or chills; cough or sore throat; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; fatigue; headache, muscle or body aches; new loss of taste or smell; congestion or runny nose; and/or nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.

All reentry policies/procedures are subject to change at any time based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, changes in COVID-19 prevalence rates, federal and local guidelines, business operations and/or staff and member feedback. Also, if you are attending a class in-person, we encourage you to bring a device or to download the materials prior to class as we will not be providing hard copies.

Payment/Refund Policies:

  • Sorry, no refunds on registration and no registration without timely payment.
  • Payment errors requiring reversal of charges will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
